12.20 广州领事馆免面试续签F-1签证，结果显示 refused 附带七八行说明

请问一下这是彻底被拒签了么？还是被check然后要走AP process？
我学校1.7左右开学···要是被check久了的话没法回美国，上课出勤率就成问题了，请问这种情况怎么办。谢谢。具体内容如下：

any instructions provided by the consular officer. If you were informed by the consular
officer that your case was refused for administrative processing, your case will remain
refused while undergoing such processing. You will receive another adjudication once

you will be contacted if additional information is needed. For more information, please

不要误导人，这个是check，不是传统意义上的直接拒签。

长的是check，短的是拒。你这时间不晓得赶不赶的上。

谢谢回复，请问一下官网refuse 下面跟了七八行……是长的嘛……那就是check 了？

从2020年起，被check的case也会在CEAC上一直显示Refused直到check结束，而不是像几年前一样在check过程中一直显示Administrative Processing。

你这个就是check，他说的很清楚了：
If you were informed by the consular officer that your case was refused for administrative processing, your case will remain refused while undergoing such processing. You will receive another adjudication once such processing is complete. Please be advised that the processing time varies and that you will be contacted if additional information is needed.

至于时间，这个是case by case的，所以没法确定。不过考虑到年底假期比较多，processing的进程会被拖慢，1月7号大概率赶不上。LZ赶快问一下学校的国际学生办公室、负责课程教学的部门、以及任课老师，看看有没有办法解决这个问题。

领事馆不是都关了不处理了吗？楼主你是 20 号去了广州领馆还是收到邮件？

我是12月初提交的免面试续签，20号刷到refused的结果

最近几年递签大概多久能拿回来签证啊？
