介绍参会者
有技巧地介绍同事，也是体现你情商的机会。既讲清楚为什么这个人需要参加这场会，也顺便夸夸他们的贡献
        ⁃        Sam has been spearheading the project.
        ⁃        Sam has been the quarterback of the project.
        ⁃        Alex is the expert on Topic X and will share his insights on…

概述：做简单的总结，讲清楚项目是干嘛的
I’ll first provide an overview of Project X.
I’ll provide a birds-eye view.
We need to take a 30,000 feet view of the situation.
I’ll give you the lay of the land.

保证与会者理解一致
