有技巧地介绍同事，也是体现你情商的机会。既讲清楚为什么这个人需要参加这场会，也顺便夸夸他们的贡献

        ⁃        Alex is the expert on Topic X and will share his insights on…

概述：做简单的总结，讲清楚项目是干嘛的
I’ll first provide an overview of Project X.

I’ll give you the lay of the land.

保证与会者理解一致
I’d like to reground everyone.
Let's do a level set of expectations.
