劈柴什么时候step down啊

如题，劈柴一己之力方方面面摧毁整个公司，作为罪魁祸首，这种人什么时候下台啊？

咋能赖一人身上。没看旗下各种晒躺平的嘛。死于安乐而已。

难点不是劈柴是否下台，而是谁来顶替他。
董事会没找到更好的替代品之前，还得让他站在那里替管理层挨骂。

至少要对公司有整体的控制，怎么能让一个烙印把公司当提款机？

这么说吧，顺风局谁不会玩，对吧？大盘暴涨什么公司都有hyper growth。CEO好不好还得看怎么逆势翻盘。你看看隔壁萨提亚怎么逆势翻的盘，比较一下劈柴有没有翻盘的能力？被苹果privacy小戏耍了一把之后什么表现？被微软OpenAI调戏后又什么表现？狗早就不是十几年前的狗了
