直博没有硕士NIW claim哪几条？

RT 今年8月才phd毕业 但是现在等不及了想自己diy niw锁住pd 看了几个petition letter 模板 好像大家写的都不太一样，有一个例子是标准的：
1. Dr. Doe has an advanced degree in Chemistry from the US university.
2. Evidence of membership of Dr. Doe in professional associations.
3. Evidence of recognition of Dr. Doe for achievements and significant contributions to the field by his peers and by professional organizations.


但是我看另外一个直接claim的eb1老三样：
1. I have made original scientific contributions of major significance in the field of geochemistry, supported by the heavy independent citation of my published work and the statements of witnesses from top international scientists;
2. I have authored scholarly articles, book chapters, and international conference papers in the field of;
3. I have participated as a judge of the works of others in the filed of geochemistry;

因为我也问过学校了，现在不能给ms degree，要等8月直接给phd。然后我的工作经验也没有5年，18年8月来的美国，现在RA+实习刚好四年半。请问我该怎么claim？

那就claim老三样 避开advanced degree就好了

如果可以最好啦，这样之后改eb1也简单；但本质上eb1要求的是Section 204.5(h)(3)里10选3，然后niw要求的满足Section 204.5(k)(3)(i)的2选1与Section 204.5(k)(3)(ii)里6选3？有点担心没有满足Section 204.5(k)(3)(i)的2选1会不会直接被NOID啊？

从网上查的信息：

“一位国家利益豁免（national interest waiver）型EB2签证（简称NIW）的申请人首先要证明她满足EB2的基本要求，即拥有高等学位（advanced degree）或在科学、艺术、或商业领域拥有杰出才能（exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, or business）。此外，申请人还必须按照Dhanasar判例里确立的三条标准向移民局证明豁免普通EB2所要求的工作邀请和劳工证是符合国家利益的 。”

没有硕士学位直接申请NIW的话，那就取决于IO对于exceptional ability的理解了
