1. Base: 175k
2. Annual bonus: 10%
3. RSU: 420k vest 4 years(25% each)

As my understanding, they vest RSU in the shares directly. Like each year 7.5k shares.

Below is my timeline:
1. VO is at 3/8.
2. Team match round: 3/14 and 3/16.
3. Finial offer: 3/22.

Is there sign on bonus? Or the relocation fee consider as the sign on bonus ? Thank you

No sign on bonus. HR only mentioned about annual bonus.
