鉴于现实情况是并没有任何新的政策和改革。所以最安全的当然是转H4 或者F2。因为转配偶身份基本100%会批，这是毋庸置疑的。然后就是找学校挂靠，也就是转F1。但是这个比较麻烦。最后是转b1b2。

可以理解成b签证只有在失业期间才可以申请，而且有且只有当前持有h1b的情况下才可以吗？同时一旦找到工作就必须立即转成h1b?不能用b签一直工作

就算国内可以b签来找工作，找到了也没有work authorization啊。没有work authorization，那公司不可能给你offer好吧。

这倒是一个挺不错的备选方案。

对于国内来的没什么用。就算找到了，要让公司sponsor4月抽签，就算抽中了也要10月才能工作，哪个公司会这么等着啊，尤其现在市场上人这么多。
