律师确认concurrent filing比分开file要慢

EB2 19年四月pd已经current半年了，因为换location去年六月重新file perm, 今天终于certified。律师说会开始concurrent filing程序，我就问了大家常说的黑洞问题，律师的回复基本证实了这个说法。给有相似情况的小伙伴一个参考，还是尽量140 pp和485分开file。下面是律师说法：

We initiate both and work on them in parallel. Usually the I-140 is finished ahead of time and we file that while we are gathering the information for the greencard filing. I do find that cases move along more efficiently when the I-140 has been approved ahead of time. As your case is a concurrent AOS filing, we have requested premium processing for the I-140 filing.

Q. Will my application for adjustment of status be processed faster if I submit my employment-based petition separately and then submit the application for adjustment of status the following day?

A. No. Before the adjudication of an application for adjustment of status, the underlying employment-based petition must first be approved at the TSC or NSC. Applications filed for adjustment of status in the first 3 employment-based preference categories are sent to the NBC with their approved underlying employment-based petitions as part of the adjudication process, whether they are filed separately or concurrently. An adjustment of status application sent to the NBC cannot be adjudicated until the employment-based petition at the TSC or NSC has been adjudicated. For this reason, submitting the employment-based petition separately from the adjustment of status application does not result in an applicant receiving an earlier decision on their Form I-485.

现在查状态的确很多140批了过几天就把485转走的，但也有像我家这样不走运的（140PP去年12月初批了之后12月底主申被转NBC，但副申的被忘在SRC至今还没转）
