请问有在Inrika这个ICC的同学吗?

楼主今天收到Inrika的offer, 但网上没有任何关于它们家tech employment的信息.
有了解的同学可以分享一下经验吗?
没有其他offer, 马上毕业了, 心里发虚啊! 不会把自己给卖了吧

以下是我从HR那里问来的信息, 请有需要的同学自取

1. When should I sign the contract? After the placement of projects or the beginning of marketing or beginning of training?
Letter offer should be signed now. Then once you relocate to New Jersey we will provide you with the training offer. Then once you get placed in one job, we will provide you with the official contract.
2. What’s the penalty if I leave Inrika within one year’s contract?
There will be a $5000 penalty once not completed the 1 year contract.
3. When will I be taken as a formal employee and start to receive compensation?
You will be receiving your compensation once you got placed in job.
4. What if I can’t be placed in any project in 2 weeks?
In our case, 1 week is the longest job placement we have. If in case you can’t be placed in 90 days after your training, we will let you go without penalty.
5. When will my OPT get started officially?
OPT starting date is depending on you school opt release date. Once you relocated to New Jersey that will be the day 1 of your OPT with us.
6. Will there be any financial support during the 5-6 weeks training?
None but we will provide you relocation allowance, free housing accommodation, free meal and free shuttle service from accommodation area to the training office.
7. For the Form I-9 and onboarding form,I just submitted my OPT application last week and haven’t received the EAD card yet. Can I submit them later? I can submit the signed offer letter in-advance.
You can submit the signed offer in advance and to follow the EDA.

update 一下, 楼主后面签了培训协议, 但三周后选了另一个ICC. 发这个贴后有几个同学加我, 大家一起分享了一下从不同渠道获得的信息, 有以下结论:

1. 这是一家真实的ICC, 不是骗子, 以印度人为主
2. 有可能你会长时间卖不出去, 沟通过程中感觉他们的trainer不是很负责任, 甚至还不如HR专业... ...可以看一下Glassdoor上的一些评论, 虽然是过去几年的评价, 也可以做个参考吧. 他们家最近招人很积极, 不知道会不会有什么坑... ...反正就是不要寄希望于ICC吧
3. 可以把它当作最后的救命稻草, 如果最后实在找不到别家, 拿他们家维持一下身份也不是不可以, 因为签合同的时候他们并没有像别家一样分batch(他们培训分4个模块, 你随进随学), 也就是说你可以把你的入职日期尽量往后拖一下.

没, 我在LinkedIn上被勾搭的, 然后还给我搞了一轮phone screen, 过了一遍简历, 以至于让我觉得不那么像骗人... ... 但真让我签卖身契, 我又不太敢, 他们培训要求搬到新泽西去, 好怕自己被卖了... ...

在考虑, 先接了offer, 之后不去也没啥影响呀, 因为HR说这个还不是contract, 只是表示你愿意参加培训, 而已

姐妹最近有啥update吗，能加个联系方式不。我也收到了，LinkedIn勾搭的，周二HR call，周三HM call，接着就问接不接offer了。两次call都没有完整go through resume，HM 口语比HR好，声音也更成熟，但问的还没HR多。
