USCIS官宣今年h1b抽签结果

好像不是一人多抽这么简单，是同一个公司给同一个人多抽，纯纯的abuse

烙印天天哭着喊绿卡排期100年，只能说活该。苦了一大批走正道的移民。

As the article correctly states the rule change in 2020 made H1B application like buying a lottery ticket without any documentation required. No checks and balances at all to verify legit applications, duplicate applications, very large number of application from tiny companies with no clientele. What made USCIS change the standards? Why multiple applications for same worker allowed?
There are fake companies in India (Hyderabad and elsewhere) known as H1B factories.

感觉美国政府的处理效率还停留在中世纪
但凡能用跟个人身份相关的unique keys比如护照国别号码或者ssn做个hash table，都不至于搞出这么狗血的抽签剧情。这些unique keys在填表

多抽合法，10个真实offer抽10次是别人10倍机会也合法，所以不可能用ssn hash，不合法的是如ICC那样的多个假offer多抽，但明显政府不可能也不愿意花资源彻查假offer

没错，但关键是如何鉴别是真是假没有可操作性。所以被称为abuse。
