In this Role, you’ll get to
* Develop and implement new software solutions to meet business requirements
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
* Ensure software meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget
* Provide technical guidance and support to other team members
* Able to work under high pressure

What you'll Need to Succeed
* 5 years or more software development experience, bachelor degree or above, major in computer related.
* Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript or Java and other basic technologies
* Familiar with the design and application of distributed systems
* Familiar with multithreading programming, with high concurrency experience
* Experience in e-commerce, financial services, O2O systems and large-scale high concurrent access Web applications
