Two fully funded PhD openings in AI/ML from Fall 2023 (招2023秋季 AI/ML 博士/硕士/访问学生)
Dr. Huang’s group is looking for highly motivated Ph.D. students with research interests in the following areas:
·     Deep learning, Machine learning.
·     Big Data Analytics.
·     Climate Informatics, remote sensing.
·     AI in Health, medical image.

Two fully-funded Ph.D. student positions are available starting from Fall 2023, Spring 2024, or Fall 2024 in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences (CIS) at Towson University (TU). Candidates with prior research experience in Deep learning, Big Data, AI, Data Science, Remote sensing, GIS, and Health AI will be given favorable consideration. Summer/Fall/Spring interns or visiting scholars are also welcome to contact Dr. Huang for collaboration. We encourage applications as early as possible.

About me
Dr. Huang will be joining the Department of Computer and Information Sciences (CIS) at Towson University (TU) as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2023. He gets his Ph.D. at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. His research interests focus on Deep learning, Big Data, AI, Data Science, Remote sensing, GIS, and Health AI, Fairness. About the Department of Computer and Information Sciences
The Department of Computer and Information Sciences at Towson University offers three undergraduate programs: Computer Science, Information Systems, and Information Technology. We also offer two graduate programs: M.S. degree in Computer Science and a Ph.D. degree in Information Technology.
