Established in 2008, North American Fuel Corporation (“NAFCO”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation (“CAO”), which is a majority owned subsidiary of CNAF in Beijing, China. The company is engaged in aviation fuel procurement, supply of jet fuel to airline companies, fuel management and trading and general aviation endeavors. The company also provides in-depth aviation fuel market analysis and strong technological support on the quality and availability of production technology for transfer to the aviation industry. Since inception, the company has been actively developing various business activities with its counterparts in the U.S. with inclusion of major Oil trading company and refining, and has successfully acquired jet fuel dealer permits in several States of United States to become a qualified jet fuel distributor to serve worldwide airlines within the U.S. market.
Role & Responsibilities: 1. Prepare daily purchase and sells journals in timely and accurate manner to ensure the accuracy of essential financial data; 2. Manage and handle customers account receivable and vendors accounts payable accounts (include issuing/auditing invoice/account reconciliation/bookkeeping/receipt and payment verification); 3. Complete the fundamental accounting works, including preliminary audit for the company’s daily operating expense, payment settlement and accounts bookings; 4. Complete sales volume actualize and drawdown in the CXL system, and check the accordance between the fueling tickets and fueling records in the airport inventory management system ; 5. Collect, file and storage the company’s accounting document, financial statements and other financial documents; 6. Handle other related financial works and do well in paperwork and daily tasks within Finance Department; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company management.
Preferred qualifications:- Bachelor degree or above
- Bilingual
- Experienced in accounting
