Qualification Required:
▶ Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil/environmental/water resource engineering, computer science, mathematical, or related fields.
▶ Strong interest in programming, artificial intelligence, and system engineering.

▶ Experience with PyTorch, Tensorflow, or software development is preferred.
▶ Experience with research journal publications or presentations is preferred.
