基本上就差报tech大厂身份证号了，以后CRUD Boy, SQL Monkey们再想水过NIW，恐怕难度不亚于PERM在线打广告 :sigh:

最近看到大厂的另一种NIW玩法就是帮那些H1B六年即将Max Out且没有140的员工续命，根据AC-21 Section 106(a)，只要NIW的申请在Max Out前1年提交且在pending，就可以每次1年续H1B而不用被迫出境/转换身份
