Pros

• 长期来看TC strong and stable（1年经验後E4的TC大约300k）
• 在ML算法team有connections（ads or notification ranking, GenAI也有但目前没有E3的hc）
  

Cons

• hiring expansion, less unique
• May not be able to work on GenAI/RL from start
• 第一年TC不是很ideal
  

Nuro SWE, Autonomy

• TC 185k + 61k USD
  

Pros：

• 第一年的base和Meta TC差不多
• 在planning, 可以apply cutting edge algorithms (GenAI/RL)
• WLB and culture surprisingly good as an AV startup
  

Cons：

• RSU不liquid, and AV is kinda crowded
• long term TC < meta, with more RSU portion
  

Long-term Interests:
GenAI/RL applied to interesting industry problems但也明白兴趣可能会随着时间变化
未来对转换到quant trading/GenAI startup 也有兴趣
robotics vs ranking沒有強烈偏好

Considerations: long-term TC >= interesting work > industrial recognition > others
