Responsibilities:

Marketing and investor service:

1. Make fund brochures and marketing materials

2. Respond to investor inquiries

Fund administration and compliance:

1. Organize and store investor and fund documents

2. Capital flow tracking and reporting

3. Prepare legal documents to be compliant with the government requirements

Reporting and Financial Statements

1. Financial projections

2. Monthly report of subscription, investments and distribution

3. Quarterly and annual financial statements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business and above

2. Organizational skills

3. Communication and interpersonal skills

4. Attention to details

5. Proactive and strong sense of ownership
