OSU 给的 EE PhD offer
现在要我填什么affidavit of financial support， 其中要计算资助总额， 请问各路大神，根据下面两项怎么计算总额？

  A stipend of at least $2,000 per month for the period from August 17, 2015 through August 16,
2016.
  All academic tuition and fees are paid for the offer period. At current rates, this is equivalent to an
additional benefit of $50,043 for an out-of-state graduate student or $19,401 for an Ohio resident
student.




是这样算的吗？
9-month based: $2000*9+$50043=$68043?
or
12-month based: $2000*12+$50043=$74043?
or
others?

随便填就是 50000 70000都一样 他们会自己算好的
