Unfortunately, we have not mailed out any decisions to date.   We have a new application system and it is taking a little longer than the 4-6 weeks.    As soon as the system is ready to send out letters, they will be sent out.
We are hoping this year but there is a possibility they will be sent out after our holiday break as the university will be closed until January 5th.

好坑。。。所以只是系统的问题，不是人数暴增咯

Hi Guest. We have actually pushed back our date to the first week of January. We do not yet know the acceptance rate, and won't until next fall.

Robert, yes, that is correct. We are hopeful that the letters will go out that week.

我还没提交Upenn的申请呢。。我的是4月才截止啊。。
