Ellis Porter details for your references:

• I cannot guarantee the experience being the same for everyone but can only speak based on my experience with these personnels worked on my cases below.

Overall:

• A free consultation will be provided for them to determine if they want to proceed with your case.
• My case is not particularly strong given it was submitted only < 2 years after my PhD and since my PhD is more on experimental work, which is more time-costly, thus my publications are not that much but with decent number of citations. And EP emphasizes the specifics of my field and my role in securing research grants.
• I have 3 recommendation letters, which EP incorporates a lot into the submitted legal briefings. Two are NAE members. My advisor was not then but is now.
• RFE, as EP put it, is more like a "templated" RFE. So the strategy is to have more evidence but basically rebut it. I had a few more support letters from my then company president, another one from my PhD advisor, and one of my peer-review journal chief editor. The result seems to indicate that their judgement is correct.
• Very responsive and helpful in guiding me through the process. Their message reply (via their customer portal) is usually less than 1-2 hours if not faster (not during weekend though).
• Comprehensive list for evidences/documents needed.
• The procedure for all submissions is roughly: 1) fill an information questionnaire, 2) a filling strategy is generated for you to follow, 3) collect information and provide to them to fill in, 4) the draft documents are provided to you to review/revise, and 5) final submission.

• Approved: 01/25/2022

API都是有网站update当天update的（有可能是只是我的case这样），USCIS的邮件提醒应该是即时的
