材料已寄并签收 为什么todolist还说没交？

各位申了UTD的同仁，求助！
我用EMS寄的成绩单和毕业证明 已经被签收  但是galaxy里面一直todolist还叫我寄这俩东西
最烦的刚才收到一封邮件 说我东西incomplete
我好纳闷啊 明明已经签收了
这样的情况怎么办啊？ 会不会材料不齐他们不审核。。

LZ不用着急 他们说的成绩单不是必需的 大家都没有
我也问过小米 贴一段小米的原话吧

I have researched your application status within Galaxy, our online student portal. We updated the checklist for the "initial" transcripts which show in the in-progress work. The missing items on your checklist are your official final college transcripts and degree/diploma certifications. We understand that you are still working towards that completion and your degree certification. These items you will receive after you complete the term and graduate from the university. This will not affect the academic department's ability to make a decision on your admissions file.

你好。你的official transcripts和degree certificate都邮寄过去的吗？好像UTD不要求邮寄成绩单的啊，我莫有邮寄。现在to do list里transcripts和degree certificate都requirement fullfilled了。

啊啊 东西是1月21签收的。。我心里好忐忑啊。。问题是incomplete 不会审核材料吧

放心，没事的。我的UTD签收大概3周才更新呢。

有的学校就是网站更新慢，签收了就能给你匹配上的

别着急，我的材料签收了将近一个月才给更新

我是提交之前签收的，没有申请码…估计也没法匹配上…感觉要悲剧…

我也是incomplete的, 然后写信给小米, 她说只要是看到被签收了那就是到了, 慢慢等着更新吧
