Reviewer坑爹

这学期投了篇APL，运气不好，被分到了两个reviewer，昨天出了结果。
第一个reviewer早早的交了review，给了minor revision。第二个哥们拖拖拉拉，搞了一个多月才搞定。结果这个B看了一个半月毛都没看懂，给了poor，真是坑爹！

The authors describe impedometric analysis for artificial sweat in order to characterize human sweat in terms of the electrical variation upon the changes of electrolyte composition. In the paper the impedance measurement for the artificial sweat, and home-made conductometric sweat sensor were demonstrated. Sweat analysis and its sensory systems have been studied for more than a century, and there are lots of sweat sensors providing much information for human body with ease-of-use manner. It is ambiguous what this work aims, and inconsistent in the experimental work flow; at the first they claimed to analyze liquid electrolytes with impedometry, and then they suddenly fabricated tubular test sensor for sweat detection. i think this paper has lack of scientific interest, and even premature for publication anywhere. I don't recommend it for publication in APL.
