实验室研究方向: Our lab is highly interdisciplinary, with a focus on brain imaging and genetics based disease progression modeling and early detection of Alzheimer's disease. We have long term collaboration with our medical school, Purdue University, UPenn, Duke University and Mayo Clinic.

对口专业背景：Brain imaging (MRI, PET) or molecular -omics data analysis. strong background in statistics，biostatistics, ODE，deep learning are a plus. 博士申请需有脑图像相关科研或项目经验。博后申请需已发表相关文章至少1篇。

实验室博士毕业生去向 (up to 2026): 药企或生物科技公司(like Lilly, Biogen, Roche) research/data scientist, 藤校博后 (Yale, Harvard)

实验室文章发表以期刊为主，例如Briefings in Bioinformatics, Alzheimer's & Dementia, Trends in Genetics, Journal of Alzheimer's Disease. 目前实验室有多项NSF/NIH sponsored projects， 经费充足。博士/博后文章被接收的话每年可参加会议(MICCAI, ISBI, ISMB, AAIC, etc)一到两次。
