UW的Waiting list

在gradcafe看到之前有很多UW的Waitinglist，但还是硬着头皮申了。今天收到waitinglist的邮件，但愿能转正，虽然我知道可能性不大……

Dear University of Washington MSE applicant:

We appreciate your patience in awaiting your application decision with Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Washington. We had a highly competitive applicant pool this year. The admissions committee just extended offers to some of the top doctoral candidates. We have allowed these candidates until April 15 to make their decisions. Depending on this outcome, we expect to make just a few more offers of admissions by the end of April.

If we are unable to extend an offer to you for our doctoral program and you indicated you would like to be considered for our master’s degree program we will add you to this application pool as well. The master’s degree program decisions will be sent out by the end of April as well.

Thank you again for your patience and continued interest in our program.
