131加急两月后收到邮件

7月底加急131，打电话后当天收到了预计十天回复的邮件。之后没有任何消息。突然今天收到这个邮件，去查看131，没有su，没有批，没有任何更新。大家遇到过吗？啥意思，难道要拒了

据了难道没有一封正常的拒信吗？请问你怎么打电话可以跟真人说上话的？
