3月2号结束最后一个面试的，经过一个月摧残神经的喜三无的等待之后，SUNY Buffalo的系主任发来的，请问这个意思就是AD肯定的了，钱不一定有吗？

另外一个保底offer催的急，不知道要不要先接了，但还是想去这所学校，不知道这个是不是靠谱没跑了？
