今年石溪 CS 12月1号就截止了？

来自官网的信息，没找错位置吧？可是看去年的播报，有前辈一月份才提交的。是今年提前了吗？如果这样的话感觉 GRE 没时间重考了。。。

恩，问过小米了，不需要寄纸质的成绩单，然后申请ddl会有一两周的宽限，原文附上：

Please know that test scores typically take 7-10 business days to arrive.  Therefore, if your test date was, for example, November 20th, this means that we should receive the score approximately around November 27th-30th.  In terms of late materials, typically there is a 1-2 week grace period for late materials after the deadline, after which graduate applications will be reviewed with the materials we managed to receive up until that point (review cannot be postponed due to missing materials).



Also, as noted on our graduate admissions website, please do not send any paper documents until you receive a specific request. After a review process, students deemed admissible will be asked to have their official transcripts sent to us by postal service. Please do not send us any hard copy documents until and unless you receive such a request, as paper documents tend to clog up the system and will likely delay the processing of your file.

上面说的是「Applicants for admission must submit official transcripts of all work beyond secondary school」，应该指录取之后吧。另外 FAQ 里说：

Initial documents should be scanned with your application for review purposes only. Hard copies are only to be sent in the format described in #36 if formally requested by the department.

Only upon the department’s request, materials required by mail are two official transcripts from all undergraduate institutions attended in which a degree was earned and an official IELTS (if you took the IELTS in lieu of TOEFL).

Please be aware that documents uploaded into your online application are not considered official, and it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure required documents are sent to their prospective department, when formally requested.

个人理解是申请阶段暂时不需要寄？

看排名的话，大概有 Rutgers，NCSU，Colorado 这些吧。。

看专排和地理位置，综排稍微参考下，但是专排更重要。 如果想留下找工作，除非去牛校，其余地理位置最重要
