我已在国内经硕士毕业了，如果再申请硕士，应该寄什么成绩单？

如题，我感觉申PHD的话，自己的水平不够，所以想申master。
我先在硕士毕业了。本科学的环境科学，硕士学的cs，如果我想申cs的硕士，成绩单应该如何处理？

Applicants who already hold Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or any closely related field should not apply for the Masters in Science in our department. Students who already hold a doctoral level degree are not admitted and duplication of degree or admission to a lesser degree is not permitted. However, in extraordinary circumstances, the faculty of the department may request an exception from the Dean of the Graduate Division. The department must demonstrate that the second degree field of study and program are distinctly different from that of the original degree, and that there is a professional or scholarly purpose that requires this second degree.

Normally, UCSD does not permit the duplication of advanced degrees. (Previous professional degrees, however, are not included in this restriction.) Holders of a master's degree in one field may be considered under certain circumstances for admission into a master's degree program in another field. Prospective applicants who already hold a master's degree and are considering applying to CSE's MS program should contact the Graduate Division at gradadmissions@ucsd.edu to find out if they can be exempted from the duplicate degree policy. Holders of a PhD, in any field, are advised not to apply for admission to the CSE department's PhD program.

请问，你问的是相同专业master不允许（有cs master再申cs），还是不同专业也不行（比如engineering master申cs）？

虽然不同专业，但也有同样的问题，顶一个

包括吧，你说的是加州的一些学校吗？大部分学校好像没有这种要求。

我也一样。。UCI UCLA都不可以

我master申master被ucsd拒了（我觉得我背景肯定够了）
