寄送纸质成绩单的时候需要同时寄送学位证及毕业证吗

如果已经本科毕业，寄送纸质成绩单的时候需要同时寄送学位证及毕业证吗？

恩，一般情况下需要。
另外成绩单和学位证毕业证应该是同时被封进official信封的，不需要分开来单独寄吧？至少我们学校是这样的。

wisc需要寄成绩单么，我申的ECE，似乎不需要寄。这么写的：**Transcripts: Please be sure you have uploaded the most current copies of your transcripts from previous institutions (undergraduate and beyond) with your application. The ECE Graduate Admissions will not upload updates to your transcript after submission; we will ask you for an updated transcript if the ECE Admissions Committee requests one for evaluation. If you receive a recommendation for the Graduate School from the ECE Department, we will ask you to send us an official transcripts sent directly from your previous institutions to the ECE Graduate Admissions Office through mail or an e-transcript service. International academic records must be in the original language accompanied by an official English translation. Documents must be issued by the institution with the official seal/stamp and an official signature. We must receive an official copy of each transcript before we can make proper recommendation to the Graduate School. Please use the mailing address listed at the end of this e-mail.**
