UCR到底需要在ad出来前邮寄财产证明吗

If admitted, will you provide evidence of a private sponsor(parents, relative, friend) who will provide financial supporttoward your graduate education at UCR? If Yes, please print the Sponsorship Information Form (PDF) and complete the appropriate information. This form should be sent to the Graduate Program to which you are applying (address below) along with necessary supporting financial verification.

所以到底什么时候寄送啊~~

如果下载了那个资助人PDF，最后会有一句话 As verification that funding is available, I have attached the required bank statement/letter. 这不就是要ad前就送吗？可是问的是 if admitted啊?

银行的财产证明貌似不需要在录取之前寄
但这个Confidential Financial Statement还是得打印出来，签名并寄出的吧？
