H1B材料准备两小问

近期开始准备工签申请，有两个问题想问一下已申请过的人士：
(1) 最高学位是硕士学位，美国中国各一个，本科是中国学位，那需要给国内的硕士和本科做evaluation吗，还是只要交个复印件即可？
(2) 美国硕士这边的成绩单分两种，一种是带grade的academy的，还有一种是不带grade的证明上学经历和获得学位verification的，是不是大家都选前者呢？

(1) Just need a copy, but also need a translation version. My translation was done by my lawyer(2) my school only provides the first one. It won't hurt provide both i guess. Better ask your laywer.

Both of these two things are really minor stuff... the most important is proving your experience and background matches your job title and description.
Better not to have "marketing" in your job title... it is more likely to make you be checked

成绩单普遍应该是要grade那种的吧

(1)no evaluation is need. Just a photo copy (a hard copy can be alright, but I used photo copy last year) of the degree(s) you obtained from China2.
(2) Please provide the doc WITH grades as the transcript. If your school has already rendered you the degree, you need a photo copy of the degree also. If you have already been qualified for the degree but your school has not issued it yet, the Verification letter seems useful in this case.

If you have an attorney helping you with this case, the answers from the attorney are probably more authentic.
