辞职干嘛？只要你申请了ext在pending种，就有180天合法时间，撑到4月抽签吧

就算抽签也不一定有cap gap…

如果STEM被判无效的话，Pending Gap自然也无效了。

恩，有道理，所以我觉得现在唯一希望就是申请延期成功，拖到五月份，四月抽签成功就有capgap了，不成功那就悲剧了
