是在happy school看到的消息，另一个大家都熟悉的网站immigration girl上还没有更新

我来做个大胆猜测，法院会这样判，旧的法案按时失效，2月12号之后不能再审批新的EAD, 已经批准的EAD有效期至新法案出台，如果新法案没有通过，已经批准的EAD当天失效，同时旧的EAD必须符合新法案的标准才能继续有效。紧接着DHS会在一个月之内推出新法案。

这种听证会   会在网络上进行直播吗？

The judge uploaded a new document yesterday at 8:10 PM on a website named: pacer monitor. Sorry I couldn't post any link here. U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY.

Immigration girl's update:
"Latest entry in docket after today’s hearing: “Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Ellen S. Huvelle: Motion Hearing held on 1/21/2016 re [47] Defendant’s Motion Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b)(6) for Limited Relief from Court’s Order. Motion heard and taken under advisement.”  I know that isn’t much news, but I want to keep you updated."

Motion heard and taken under advisement--I think means no decision has been made yet.

Someone asked if another public hearing will be held and Immigration girl replied: I don’t expect there to be another hearing on this issue. I think a decision can be reached before Feb. 12th.

Thanks for the update. I've worked on the public hearing stuff before, and it took me 3 weeks to record all comments. Hope the court has some more experienced  transcriber and get this done within a week.

Three weeks?

离2/12也就只有差不多三周的时间了。。。。如果hearing之后要三周才能出决定，也太晚了吧。

话说突然想到个问题，
如果2月12日后ext过期，不能美国工作，那可以受雇于美国公司但在中国远程工作吗？

Usually they'll record all the comments as voice documents first, then ask someone to write the important comments down.

If the person is native and experienced, a three hour voice document may take her around 2-3 days. However I was not a professional project manager, and was only a part-time intern at that time. So it took me three weeks to finish recording.

Now I miss SOUGOU PINGYIN so much.. Hope you understand what I said.

But I have to say that, it takes sometime before the court responses. May be more than 2 working days.

May the court treat the hearing as professional as possible. 30K people can't wait that long.

Hope they don't use intern like me... Haha. My opt will expire in a month...Hope they could get this done ASAP
