USC提交财产证明之后就是确定要去了么？

收到了USC的邮件，在网站上查到了被录了但是不是正式的通知，说需要把护照和财产证明复印件发过去才能发来正式的录取邮件
问了一些人，有的没给发，说发了就是同意要去了

但是也有说这个不是最终决定要去的意思。

有没有人问过呀？或者交过了usc那边怎么答复的？

Please read the following carefully:

1.  Your Academic Eligibility letter(s) will be removed from youSC and replaced with your formal letter of admission in 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your new letter becomes available.

2.  Once you have reviewed your letter of admission, you must certify your intent to enroll at USC by submitting your Statement of Intent. This is necessary in order to receive an I-20. The option to certify will be available when your new letter is published on youSC.

3.  Your I-20 will be issued by Graduate Admission staff within 1-2 business days after you submit your Statement of Intent. A separate I-20 application is not required, nor are you required to re-submit your financial documents or passport. Note: The address you enter in your Statement of Intent is where your I-20 will be shipped.

4.  If you are currently in the U.S. attending another institution, you will receive SEVIS record transfer instructions by email in lieu of an I-20.

You should receive a DHL (international) or FedEx (within U.S.) tracking number via email once your package has shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to use personal DHL or FedEx account numbers for expedited shipping.

6.  The Office of Admission does not send I-20/DS-2019 soft copies, scans, or other sensitive SEVIS information electronically. All documents will be sent by courier only.

7.  If you have not received your package in 14 business days, please email usci20@usc.edu.

谢谢~但是正式的邮件不是提交完财产证明才会发来么？
现在查到的pdf上写的是要先提交财产证明才发正式的录取
而且没说截止日期……

对，我提交了财产证明和护照，然后他给我发了这封邮件。
据说他家没有截止日期……
