Actually, the Inst. of Acoustics in NJU has various directions in the fields of acoustics includes nonlinear acoustics, photoacoustic science, interaction between ultrasound and materials, and acoustic  signal processing and is the only acoustics research Inst. in China available for undergrad students.

this is pretty awesome. Most ME students don't have much background in acoustics. By the way, may I ask does NJU provide you with a specific B.S. in acoustics? I took some courses in acoustics and currently working on acoustics related problem in porous media.

Yes, we will get our B.S conferee in acoustics. The topic I focused on during my undergrad study in NJU is also wave propagation in porous media. :)

P.S. Duke MEMS 今年还录取了南大声学两个研究生
