PP被suspend改用RP通知了？求证！！！

ADV PP NYC应该是vsc center;今天从redbus2us看到有人分享一则uscis的消息，我没理解错的话，大致意思是说发现各种资源都不能满足继续发pp的通知了，剩下的pp都会通过regular发送。所以现在很多pp adv还有希望？？！！

USCIS Will Temporarily Suspend Use of Pre-Paid Mailers for Certain H-1B Cap Subject Petitions

For two weeks after premium processing resumes for H-1B cap-subject petitions, USCIS will not use pre-paid mailers to send out final notices for premium processing H-1B cap-subject petitions. Instead, we will use regular mail. USCIS will be doing this due to resource limitations as we work to process all premium processing petitions in a timely manner. After the two week period, we will resume sending out final notices in the pre-paid mailers provided by petitioners.

We encourage H-1B applicants to subscribe to the H-1B Cap Season email updates located on the H-1B Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 Cap Season Web page.

PP的真正意思是15个工作日内做出实质审查，也就是优先其他non-pp审查，出最终结果。
这个通知跟现在发case number没关系。是说最终approved通知要用平邮，也是为了保障15个工作日收到消息。
无意打击LZ的希望，事实如此。

H-1B petitioners may choose to file a Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, to have their petition processed within 15 calendar days. To request premium processing, submit:
•The Form I-907; and
•The premium processing fee of $1,225. (This fee is in addition to the required base filing fee and other applicable fees that cannot be waived.)

不是也有人没收到任何email，只收到平信了吗？你不收到任何通知，你也不知道你中没中。。

我只是说这个新闻应该跟发抽中的notice没有关系 是发approval或者rfe时候两周内只用平信
我也觉得到16thMay之前pp都还有希望的呀 而且ig说有人没收到email但是收到mail了 希望大家的通知都在路上了

恩，就是这么写的，但是前几天查的时候，不会出现什么we received you premium processing petition，都是we received your petition,但是最近有刷到，而且最近出现了premium processing然后mailed your receipt,而不是emailed your receipt.反正挺奇怪的。

什么叫pre-paid mailers？
pp不是email吗，和mailer没关系吧。不过刷系统，的确刷出来很多premium processing non-immigrant worker petition,但是说mailed you receipt的号码。至于是不是h1b就不知道了。

这说的是final notice啊 只是pp必须要在两周之内给出结果 我猜petitioner就需要提供pre-paid的mail，但现在他们没那么多人手发你自己prepaid的邮寄了 所以就全都发平信通知了吧 跟抽签部分没啥关系好像。。

虽然我根本不确定是不是申请的时候有提供prepaid mailer？

查了sevis，还是active，已经彻底放弃了，不会有什么奇迹发生在我身上了看来。
