关于解决OSU的Applyweb系统推荐信问题 Once and for all~

这两天申OSU滴娃都被抽风滴系统搞崩溃了~
我也有两个老板没收到 于是乱摸索了一阵
终于找到了万能滴FAQ~~

HOW DO I CORRECT A RECOMMENDER'S INFORMATION?  

To send a reminder email to your recommender, correct a recommender's information, or check the status of your letters of reference, go to https://www.applyweb.com/apply/osu/grad_files/menu.html, under "Manage your Account", select "Review Your Activity." From here you may access your application to resend the email to your recommenders or make corrections. Make sure that your recommenders are looking for the email. It could get caught in their spam or junk mail filter. Use the "Edit recommender" feature to update the recommender's information. A new message is automatically sent when you save the change to the recommender's email address. Important to note: If a recommender has already noted online they "accept" your request for a letter, it is no longer possible for you to make any edits.


关键是红色部分 说明只要重新edit一次 系统都会再次送出一封recommendation request
我做了个实验 把没收到的一个老板的邮箱改成了自己的邮箱
没到一分钟就收到了 然后在没有点那个链接的前提下 千万不要点开它并且同意推荐信请求~~
不然地址就改不了了~
然后我又去把邮箱地址改回成了老板的
老板刚刚给我转发过来~ 呼 还剩一个 是gov的邮箱 不知收到没~
没收到我就决定打电话了~~~

另外OSU滴邮件说 最近large volumn of applicants 导致更新滞后
大家如果担心the late receipt of materials 应该直接和申请的项目联系
毕竟 they make the final decision of funding
额 记不全了 大概是这么个意思~

这个，可以猜老师的电话号码…我是发邮件申请重置密码了的

话说我后来发现UMICH也是用这个系统的 它的推荐信我老师都转发给我了 于是我就登进去了... -0-

    我点了reset但是我老师老是不转邮件给我 如果我把reset的邮箱改成自己的邮箱来获取密码 这样可行吗？？

    我也点过reset，我去找了老师，他邮箱没收到任何东西。。。。然后我就去邮件里给的第二个链接直接联系工作人员reset了。。
