恭喜！

lol  现在的是startup的base  不能和正常大公司的比啊

想请教学长为啥不想接着做NSX/SDN了呢？前景不好？还是想尝试尝试其他的东西？

我觉得NSX还是很不错的。我主要不想继续做网络了，想尝试新的领域

楼主厉害啊。硕士刚毕业在VMware是MTS-2，工作两年左右升到MTS-3，再工作两年申到senior MTS。然后很多人在senior里五六年都申不到staff。staff基本都是10年以上工作经验的，不管是在VMware还是其他大公司。楼主硕士在startup工作一年就拿到了。

不是的……他们家staff比senior要低

VMware 的级别是：
MTS-2, MTS-3, Senior MTS, Staff, Senior Staff ...

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop software in Java, C++ and Python for distributed software Virtualization environment.

Sorry，我见识短浅。只能说你太牛了哈！不服不行！！

我在linkedin上搜了一下VMware 的staff，下面两个都还是在VMware升的比较快的。你这外面startup一年，当VMware内部好多年啊。厉害。
