等来了第一个AD

昨晚发邮件问小秘何时出结果，今天早上就看到AD了。。。这效率该说是快还是慢呢？？？
问题是指望UTK能给个TA/RA啥的，现在只有一个AD。。。请教田里的前辈，这个学校是不是在拿到AD之后可以自己再套个RA什么的？

现在dept应该还没开始评奖呢 所以还是有可能给你assistantship的
关于现在该不该找faculty要RA  我问过那个chair  他这么回的：

我：One more thing that if I'm in the list of those who are given consideration of assistantship, is there something I can do to get myself a better shot? Plz tell me if you have some advices. Thank you very much!

他回的是：We make assistantship decisions on a competitive basis based on the material required for a complete application, so you have already done what you can do with regard to increasing your chances of being offered an assistantship. One thing I would suggest not doing is contacting other faculty members about working with them. You can do that later if offered an assistantship.

我没申UT~~~申到第15所的时候我记得是12月末了。。。已经快坚持不下去了。。。。T-T，他家的农经其实也还不错的~
