系里提名我参选学校奖学金，让我立即答复，大家给提点建议（附邮件全文）

这个学校在我申请的学校里虽然算不上保底的学校，但是并不是属于我自己感觉特别理想的学校。这是我申的学校里第一个出结果的，也算是第一个offer吧，不想错过这个机会，大家给点建议我该怎么回复？谢谢大家啦。

邮件全文如下

Congratulations on your admission to our PhD program in computer science at ###. Our admission committee is very impressed with your academic credentials and will offer you financial aid for the 2012-2013 academic year.
One of the sources of funding is a nomination to a prestigious university fellowship. The number of nominations our department can submit is limited. We are inquiring regarding your interest in attending our PhD program. If you believe you will attend our program should you get financial aid please respond to me immediately.
Please be advised this is just a nomination, it is not a guarantee of a fellowship. However if you accept our offer to attend our program and are not awarded the fellowship, we would provide you with an assistantship.

PHD的话就看Professor怎样了，如果都很合适从了也挺好的，最后还是要自己来决定。

同问啊，我雪城大学也遇到了类似情况，人家问我到底有多大可能性去，还说be honest。怎么回复啊……

be honest得看你背景多牛了。

如果最后一个offer都没了，后悔就晚了。

不然还是得先答应着。
