GWU这么山炮，我申请表都没填完就给我发ad

11号晚上突然收到邮件，GWU发了ad，我当时一万个黑人问号脸，我没申请啊，什么情况？？？

GWU是最开始选校时候看过，填了个网上申请表也就90%的完整度，更别说申请费了。今天上午又来了一封邮件说发错，全文如下：

On Saturday, February 11, 2017, we mistakenly sent you an email suggesting an offer of admission to the Columbian College of Arts & Sciences at the George Washington University. This was an error on our part. This email was sent out prematurely, as most admission decisions have not yet been made.

If you have not completed your application, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible and before the official deadline for your chosen program.  
If your application is complete and under review, you will receive an official admission decision email in the coming weeks.
If you have received official notification that you have not been admitted, we regret that we are unable to offer you admission this year.
Again, we are sorry for our miscommunication and apologize for any confusion or disappointment we may have caused you.

你从哪里看出他可能要你或者可能给你奖学金的。。。。。。这封信一看就是给所有人发的都一样的典型群发邮件
