陆本大一后转学美国，USC CS master还要求提交托福？

楼主在国内念的大一，然后转学来了美国，现在正在申请cs master. 今天收到USC的邮件说叫我提交托福成绩？（但是感觉像是系统自动发的而且是加州时间的凌晨1：49）USC对于免托福成绩确实有这么一段话：

International applicants are exempt from submitting English-proficiency scores under the following circumstances:

1) You hold a bachelor’s degree completed in its entirety in the United States or another Anglophone country.

The bachelor’s degree should be earned at a regionally accredited university located in the United States, or at an officially recognized university in another country where English is both the language of instruction and the only officially recognized language of the country. Please note that the entire program needs to have been completed in the qualifying country.

Note: Dual-degree holders who completed part of their degree in the U.S. do not qualify for this waiver.

但是我并没有拿到国内的degree，而且现在的学校一直把我的大一当做是"海外交流项目"来对待，到时候5月份发给我的degree和别人的完全是一样的。请问地里有相似情况的吗？

We have received your application for admission to the University of Southern California and have begun the review process. However, our records indicate that your application is not yet complete.

We are contacting you because we have not yet received your official and/or valid TOEFL/IELTS/PTE scores. As an international student applying to a graduate program at USC you must demonstrate English-language proficiency by submitting TOEFL, IELTS or PTE scores.

In order for your scores to be valid, official English-language proficiency scores must be received directly from the testing service and must be dated no earlier than 2 years (24 months) prior to the start of your intended first term at USC.

If you are sending TOEFL scores, the institution code for USC is 4852 (no department code is required). To submit your IELTS results to USC, please select the "University of Southern California" from the list of available institutions. You do not need to include any information for the USC department to which you are applying.

Please note, your results must be sent to the University of Southern California electronically, not by postal mail.

有身边人一样情况转学现在申这个项目交了toefl，应该是要交的
之前的本科虽然拿不到degree但是转了学分过 ...

还是给admission发了邮件argue了一下，感觉胜算确实不大~~不过如果不行也就算了，来了UCSD的offer了感觉应该也不会去USC了~~谢啦！

我已经发邮件去了正在等回复呢~官网的解释就是我贴在帖子里的那段话，不知道层主是什么专业？

当时基本就是找的中介呢~而且没有考SAT，还申的春季，所以一定要看哪些学校强制要SAT，被好几个学校直接拒掉都是因为没有SAT~

应该是说需要整个program都在美国读，转学也需要提交toefl这样。。。

有身边人一样情况转学现在申这个项目交了toefl，应该是要交的
之前的本科虽然拿不到degree但是转了学分过来所以现在的degree有partly completed outside US，我是这么理解的

金数 你去官网上搜索toefl 然后有一个解释是说什么情况下可以waive
