有申请UCLA EE的筒子吗

帮同学问一下，有申请UCLA　EE的同学吗，收到邮件让申请奖学金，国际生适用吗？他家的奖学金都要自己申请是吗？

I would like to take a minute to update you on the
current evaluation process.  Graduate applications that were submitted
by the December 15, 2011 deadline and are complete are currently being
reviewed.  Admission decisions are being released as decisions become
finalized.  This is a timely process and we anticipate most decisions
being released by late March.  Please do not email or phone to ask the
status of your application or an admissions decision (this will only
delay the process).  All decisions are released by email.


We encourage all applicants to apply for Fellowship and Scholarship
Opportunities.  Below is a list of funding databases that you may wish
to review to see if possible funding opportunities are available to you.

听说UCLA是出了名的小气啊…所以国际学生可能很难有奖吧~~

同收到，但表示他家能要我我就非常开心了，奖学金这种事情就算了吧。。。
