UCI半夜发了一封这样的邮件

上周被UCI调戏过，本人当时选择的就是MS，现在突然来了一封这样的邮件，还要周五前回复，请问UCI的MS/PHD项目是怎么样的？

Dear Applicant:

I am writing this email on behalf of the graduate student admissions
committee at UC Irvine. We went through your application and your
record look impressive. While we have not yet made an official
decision, it is very likely that we will be able to offer you
admission to the MS/PhD program. You have currently
applied only for a terminal MS program and we were wondering if you
would be interested in changing to the MS/PhD program.

Please let us know by Friday, March 16th.

其实就是让你考虑直接读phd
