【活动】(#12) Week of Mar 19th - Best of Last Week -Shallow chenli65一剑终情

为了提高大家的积极性，每周评选一个完成最好，得分最高的童鞋，当选 Best of Last Week。如果那位童鞋这周仍然参与活动，会在活动贴里获得额外的1学分奖励！

鉴于很多人都有拖延症，并且有强烈愿望想改正，特此发起一项互相监督计划完成情况的活动。

Overview:
参与活动的人请每周更新自己的计划以及完成情况，大家互相监督，完成计划有积分奖励。

Details：
1. 期限为一周，deadline为各位本地时间每周日晚上10点，请有诚意的自我监督，美东时间过了deadline就锁帖，然后发下一周的活动贴。
在一个周期内任何人都可以回复*一个*帖子发布自己的计划，以及更新执行情况。请勿回复多个帖子，每人负责自己的那个回帖，更新完成情况请用不同颜色的字体以示区分。

请勿在本帖闲聊以及讨论，所有与计划无关的贴都会被删除，行为恶劣者会被扣分。讨论与意见请移步讨论帖。

Example：
健身3次，每次至少30分钟。Update：Dec27，5pm，完成一次（30mins）。Dec29，10pm，完成第二次（40mins）。

注意，每次更新请注明日期时间以及完成度，please be specific.

2. 计划之前请粗略的估算一下所需时间以及完成的可能性，不要提很多假大空的计划最后只完成了一两个。切记，计划不在多，在于最后到底做完了什么。定10个计划只完成了1个，不如定3个完成了两个。

本活动有积分奖励，由于是每周一次，所以每次奖励不会太高，但是如果能坚持下来，也会拿到不少积分，这样也防止个别人以此骗积分，积分纯粹是为了奖励有诚意参加活动并认真坚持完成了自己计划的人，最根本的动力只能是来源于自己。

积分奖励设置如下：（有任何意见请去讨论帖提出。）
参加活动并完整记录完成情况的童鞋奖励1学分（原则上至少完成3条才算参加活动），另外会根据完成情况再加减大米（每条未完成-5米，每多完成一条+10米）
如： 计划5项，4项完成，1项未完成，1学分+2*10-1*5=1学分+15米。

一旦参与了活动，请在deadline之前更新自己的结果，无论完成与否。锁帖时没有更新最终结果的会被扣掉5个大米。所以如果你只是心血来潮的想参加活动，那么麻烦至少坚持一个礼拜，请认真对待，谢谢。

3. 每期活动可以设定multiple goals，没有上限，但是请务必思考过之后再提出，同上次活动一样，我们鼓励SMART goals：

Examples：
不合格计划，“多锻炼身体”，“多读书”，“我要减肥！”，“我要练肌肉！”
合格计划，“健身3次，慢跑，每次至少30分钟，不足30分钟不算完成一次”，“读3本书，1本英文nonfiction，1本中文fiction，1本英文fiction。” “完成3次XX器械，每次做10组a，10组b”
不愿意透露出来的计划可以用代号，比如“project A”，但请自己记住具体是哪个project，在自己的todo list里面标清楚了，别最后搞到自己都忘了。。这个就全看自觉了，他人很难监督，请自觉。


任何不合格计划会被标注出来，请维护自己的帖子，及时修改。
计划是可以变的，但不要变太多，个别你确实不好掌控的除外（实际上完全不受你控制的内容不应列为计划）。如果计划与之前相差太多，说明你制定计划时的estimation没做好，这次请记录好时间以及完成情况，下次吸取教训。

顺手分享一个定计划的小tip
如果发生“不可预测”妨碍计划执行，不妨问自己5遍why
有时候可以发现是自己预测系统的哪个地方出了问题，保证下次不再犯。

上周5天的运动量真是要了老命了，每天都是肌肉酸痛的入睡，这周要适当减少。单词还是要继续温习，每天两个list，上周的效率还是不错的。这周决定不能再在寝室里宅了，要找一个公司开始实习，希望能找到。另外，也开始看一些公开课适应一下吧。

In the middle of this week, I started a physical practice plan, which will be added to my schedule since next week.
Next week still has several dues even though I canceled qualifier exam. Good news is that I have finished one, project 3 proposal, due at Wednesday 9pm. The other one is that I'll give presentation on Thursday. Still got a lot of work to do before totally prepared. This time the slides will be difficult to prepare because it contains a lot of formulas and algorithms. Don't know what to do about it (Maybe this is one of the reason why I procrastinate a lot this week).

Another event coming up is the 2nd midterm of cs480, at April 2nd.

It seems that schedule is not very tight, but it is not true. I was suppose to finish all these business this week so that I'll have enough time to deal with projects that due on April 16th next week.
But I failed.
Because I'll have to deal with these business next week. Projects will not commence until April 2nd, which means I'll only have 2 weeks to finish two integrated, huge, giant, impossible projects. I'll definitely be damned.
