Austin的so-called waiting list是不是就等于默据了

发现今天好多人收到CS@Austin的邮件，说的太委婉了，既不是offer，也不是reject，不知道是不是so-called waiting list。这是不是相当于默拒呀？啊啊啊

我以为那就是拒信呢~~

    Hello,

If you applied to our Ph.D. program:

The primary round of admission offers have been sent out.
It's possible that we will continue to admit a small number
of students, and if you are among that group, you will be
contacted immediately.

If you applied to our Master's program:

The initial round of admission decisions have been made, but
we anticipate additional decisions will be made over the coming
weeks. If you are chosen for admission, you will be contacted.

We will reopen our application in mid to late October and the deadline
for Fall 2013 admission is December 15th, 2012. If you would like to
apply again, please remember it is a 2-step process and be sure to

    不要急啊，其实现在收到的也悲剧了。。。

学校能通知一声不错了，有很多学校理都不理的
