Sep 23: BAL confirmed receipt of my completed questionnaire and initial supporting documents.

Sep 24: H-1B petition and LCA undergoing initial review. LCA filing would follow attorney confirmation.

Oct 1: LCA pending DOL certification. Employer signatures to follow certification.

Oct 6: BAL requested my three most recent pay stubs. Uploaded to Cobalt the same day.

Oct 7: BAL acknowledged receipt of the pay stubs.

Oct 8: Petition finalized and filed with PP via overnight delivery.

Oct 9: USCIS received date, per the I-907 record.

Oct 20: Received the receipt number and checked online: approved. Approval date was also October 20.

Oct 21: BAL confirmed approval. Still waiting for the physical I-797.

从 USCIS 收件到批准共 11 个自然日。Receipt number 等了比较久，直到批准当天才拿到，之前一直没法自己查进度。

LCA 的具体递交和认证日期未单独确认，因此只列出已确认的进度。供近期办理 transfer 的朋友参考，祝大家顺利！
