UCLA申请PhD TA需要单独考TSE吗

想买UCLA的彩票，但看到TA需要考TSE， 请问申过的同学和已经在UCLA的大神，需要考吗？现在考还来得及吗？ 本人T102(S24). 谢谢！
Applicants from abroad who wish to apply for TA positions should take the Test of Spoken English (TSE) at the TOEFL Center in their home country or the equivalent TOP exam given at UCLA.

直接进来考TOP就行了。。。特别简单。。。刚开学马上就能考
