i20还剩5个月，不能考驾照了！！

本来不着急考驾照买车，想着这个寒假再考。结果，不幸啊！麻州RMV于7月1号修改了policy，根据麻州RMV的的规定，如果没有SSN考驾照，需要还能在美国合法呆12个月以上（申请之日起算），如下：

Any visa presented must indicate an authorized stay in the U.S. of at least 12 months (from the date of application at the RMV) to be eligible for a MA license or ID card.

F-1 through F-2
                                The visa holder must present an I-20 certificate of eligibility
                                The I-20 should state that the customer is enrolled in a Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, or Vermont school.
                                The visa holder's I-94 must be endorsed with Duration of Status. (The I-94 can be either a paper version from US Customs and Border Protection or a printout of an electronic version downloaded from their website: www.cbp.gov/i94

为了落实和解释本次policy，本校isso专门发了邮件进行了政策解读，如下：

ATTENTION: Updates on the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles since July 1, 2017
If you have a Social Security Card, you need NOT show your immigration documents. Bring your Social Security Card to prove identification, bring MA residency proof through the form of a lease agreement, utility bill, etc. Bring Date of Birth confirmation through the form of an ISSO Letter or another official document.
If you do not have a Social Security Card, you will be subject to the less than 12 months’ duration on your visa document. This means if you do not have at LEAST 12 months left (on the day you apply at the RMV) on your visa document (Form I-20, DS-2019, I797 Approval Notice), you will not be eligible to apply for a MASS License or ID. If you DO have more than 12 months on your visa document, you should receive a Social Security Denial letter from the Social Security Administration, Date of Birth confirmation through the form of an ISSO letter, Proof of MA residency through the form of a lease agreement, utility bill, etc. You will also need to show proof of signature, which should be in the form of a cancelled check. NOTE: You can attempt to use your Passport and visa document to also serve as Date of Birth confirmation and Proof of Signature, but only a MANAGER at the RMV can make this determination – so you will need to ask to speak to a manager.

我的i20显示2018年5月就 program end了，届时我Master也如期毕业。因此按照上述说法，我应该在明年5月份之前是不能考驾照了。
求助各路英雄，有没有办法考驾照，再次先拜谢！！！

找个学校食堂的工作拿SSN之后再去办驾照
