cmu ini托福问题

我托福没有考好只有99(R 28, L22, S22, W27), gre 155+167+3.5, gpa 90.8, major 92.3
目前报了1.13号的托福，但是ini 1.15截止，我知道这个成绩申请不行，求问各位大神 cmu ini项目下submit后可以更新成绩么？
还有官网说最好提前2周提交才能进入round1, round2是否录取几率小很多？

There are two rounds of reviews for the Pittsburgh and bicoastal programs. The first round is conducted immediately following the application deadline, January 15, and all applications that are submitted and complete by this date will be included in the first round. All applications that have been submitted online by the January 15 deadline but are still missing supplemental documents, such as transcripts, test scores and recommendation letters that are required to complete the application, will be reviewed in the second round in March on a space-available basis.

Due to the vast number of supporting documents we receive right before the January 15 deadline, it is strongly recommended that applicants complete submission of ALL required documents at least two weeks in advance of the deadline to ensure your application can be processed in time for the first round review. It is to your benefit to complete your application and send all required application documents in as early as possible. Second round reviews are conducted on a space-available basis.
