招人啦非主流大公司Senior Analyst坐标俄亥俄， 强力内推

居然不够积分。。只能到这里发招聘信息，本来本着他们少Sponsor的态度随他们了但不想他们又找个啥都不会的来。。现在来个机会内推：
3个月-4年经验（含实习）其实都可以试试，比较难找到太多经验的，坐标克利夫兰富人区Westlake OH， 不至于玉米地,  地点是偏了点， 公司是做贺卡的，Revenue大概1.8 Billion左右，因为零售越来越难现在在发展电商，工资应该可以有8W+，特别对口可以再加，要求有在Ecommerce公司工作过的经验，实习全职国内都可以，技能就是标准R/Python/SQL几件套，会machine learning或者SAS就更好了，技术上其实应该很容易，主要是希望有对电商有一定认识， 真心想来的同学可以投我邮箱

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, growth-oriented individual to join the Business Intelligence team at our Creative Studios in Westlake, OH. The role is responsible for delivering actionable insights to the e-commerce business team through the process of data wrangling, reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain partnership with data vendors and ensure quality of external data sources
• Create and maintain daily, monthly and quarterly reports
• Produce data-driven insights for on-site and marketing decisions through ad-hoc analyses
• Develop strategic recommendations to support targeted business growth
• Work with team to identify opportunities to build category growth and to reach business goals
• Demonstrate credibility and collaborative spirit with team members and other departments

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Math, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science or other Quantitative Discipline
• Preferred Master’s Degree

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical environment
• Experience utilizing Excel, R, SAS, SQL or similar large database application

大佬们不能一一回复，敬请原谅，我就在这统一回复啦： 现在已经有几位有2-3年/有绿卡/有技能的同学进入面试阶段，面试是个零和过程，既然已经有同学满足这些条件，那么其他刚毕业的同学机会就比较少了不用在投啦

看到很多刚毕业没多久想做DS/Analyst的同学， 我也深知找工作困难，当初我也是这样过来的，等你们有了一两年经验就好了~ 我因为个人原因，是一直在村里呆到现在，从DS Intern - Return - 跳槽继续DS到现在，其实当初能去到一个给我机会的公司也是运气比较好了，很多以前的同学并没有转行成功， 找到了本专业的工作，但是隔了一两年也有一些转DS成功了。希望这些同学继续坚持，同时也可以多试试非湾区西雅图的机会，像我们村这边还是有不少大企业的，IBM VISA 各种保险银行 Chase GoodYear这些大公司都有相关职位你们可以多投投，感觉竞争还是算小的。

另外看到一堆很厉害做CS开发的同学。。感觉你们更加需要坚持不要病急乱投医，有些都国内BAT两三年经验了来我们这不是折腾么，而且Manager也不傻，来了你们肯定是天天刷题再跳回FMAG嘛。。其实我们这Analyst职位技术要求也不是很高，主要还是要看Business Sense和统计，DS也是刚起步，如果真想来， 我们Developer Team 以后有位置再推荐好了， 希望你们人人拿大包裹啦~
